Not for Profit Costs

Training is in two distinct parts:

1. Leadership Team / Governor Training. (£350-£400)

This takes about Three Hours and can be done after school. It includes a bespoke systems analysis of the school and a deep understanding of VT principles and practices, whole school management and  other vital issues including student / parent attitudes. Peter will not train a school without the LT having a very deep undertanding of VT. Schools that do not undergo this training have a very high chance of mismanaging what should be a transformation process.

2. Whole staff training follows at a later date. £400-£450):

This cannot be done well in two halves or after school and is best done in the morning of a training day with a single break. This takes around three hours and contains a practical element and also includes full use of all the information staff need for a successful transformation

Travel costs are not included.

Schools in special difficulties are trained at no charge.
